Position Overview
Renewray Renewables Private Limited, a company specializing in solar and renewable energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships. The role focuses on market expansion, client engagement, and the promotion of customized solar solutions through a consultative approach. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of contributing to business growth in a competitive environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Market Development & Opportunity Identification:
Identify and explore new business opportunities through field outreach, referrals, and local market engagement across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
· Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis:
Interact with potential clients to understand their energy needs, conduct initial site discussions, and recommend suitable solar solutions in coordination with the technical team.
· Solution Presentation & Conversion Support:
Present tailored proposals, explain value propositions, and support the decision-making process to facilitate business closures.
· Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat engagement, and referrals.
· Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams including technical, operations, and execution to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
· Market Insights & Strategy Support:
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy and positioning.
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Technical preferred)
· 2–9 years of experience in business development, client handling, or field operations
· Exposure to solar, electrical, construction, or related sectors will be an advantage
· Freshers with strong communication and field adaptability may also be considered

Daily Activity Expectations
· Client Meetings: 8–10 per day
· Solution Discussions: 2 per day
· Follow-ups & Relationship Touchpoints: 15–20 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kota, Rajasthan (Kota): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)
