Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Tamil and English and be willing to handle multiple responsibilities across HR, administration, and basic business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and candidate coordination
- Handle basic accounts and finance-related tasks
- Support digital marketing activities
- Manage administrative duties and office coordination
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: MBA / BBA / Computer Science or related background
- Experience: Fresher
- Languages: Must know Tamil and have good English communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple domains
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
