As a Customer Relationship Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer behaviour, implementing tailored CRM strategies, and optimising every stage of the customer journey.

- Streamline for Success:Design and implement processes that optimise our sales support functions. Your innovations will drive team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Be the Go-To Guru:When complex customer issues arise, you’re the expert who steps in to resolve them swiftly and effectively. Your problem-solving skills will be key to maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Make Customer Connections:Engage directly with customers through outbound calls to gather insights, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer journey. Your proactive approach will enhance relationships and improve customer loyalty.
- Track, Analyze, Win:Monitor team performance, analyse data, and uncover trends. Your insights will help us continuously improve and keep us ahead of the competition.
- Train to Gain:Conduct training sessions and workshops to share your knowledge and experience. You’ll help your team enhance their skills and stay sharp in all aspects of sales support.
- Report and Shine:Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales support activities, customer feedback, and key metrics. Your insights will drive our next steps and inform senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales support or a related field, with 1+ years in a leadership role. You know what it takes to lead and succeed.
- Leadership Skills: You’re not just a Team Lead, you’re a leader. With excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes, you inspire and motivate your team.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Your communication skills will help bridge any gaps and connect with a diverse audience.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. You’re comfortable using technology to drive results.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
