We're looking for a Civil Engineer to manage field and office survey projects end-to-end and lead quality control across engineering deliverables. You'll coordinate field teams, review processed data against client specifications, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee survey projects from mobilization through final deliverable submission
- Coordinate field survey teams (drone LiDAR, MLS, DGPS/RTK) and monitor progress against project timelines
- Perform QC on survey deliverables.
- Review deliverables against tender specifications, client requirements.
- Coordinate with processing teams (photogrammetry, LiDAR classification, GIS) to resolve data quality issues
- Prepare and review technical reports, survey documentation, and client submissions
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government departments on project status and deliverable acceptance
- Support tender documentation and site assessments as needed
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in survey, construction, or infrastructure project management (geospatial/survey industry experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of surveying concepts (DGPS/RTK, total station, leveling)
- Familiarity with CAD/GIS software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, QGIS, or similar) is a strong plus
- Experience with quality control processes and technical documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills for managing field teams and client interactions
- Willingness to travel for site visits/project mobilization
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to drone/LiDAR survey workflows, point cloud processing, or photogrammetry
- Experience with railway, pipeline, or utility corridor survey projects
- Familiarity with tender documentation and government project processes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
