JOB SUMMARY
Catalyst Education is looking for energetic, confident, and communication-skilled Telecallers to join our Calicut team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and parents, generating interest in courses, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the admissions team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission-related information.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule counselling appointments.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate call, lead, and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle basic queries professionally and coordinate with the counselling team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Academic teams for successful conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent Malayalam communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
