Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to company growth through strategic client engagement and relationship building. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a proactive approach toward business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, campaigns, and field activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Promote company projects and services to potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property discussions professionally.
- Coordinate property site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead data, customer records, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, and management teams for smooth workflow.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support branding and promotional activities conducted by the company.
