Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Industry
Reporting To: Management / Director / Medical Superintendent
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. A candidate with experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred due to their understanding of hospital staffing requirements, such as doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for hospital staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin, and support staff).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and finalize candidates.
- Maintain the recruitment database and hiring reports.
2. HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, etc.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws).
- Maintain employee files as per audit requirements.
- Ensure HR policies are followed as per management guidelines.
4. Employee Engagement & Performance
- Monitor employee performance and attendance.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Maintain a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs for staff.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluation reports.
6. Policy Implementation
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and hospital rules.
- Ensure POSH compliance and awareness.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee data.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital staffing structure
- Understanding of labour laws and compliance
- Strong coordination and management skills
- MS Excel and MS Word knowledge required
- Ability to handle multiple roles hiring
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Hospital / Healthcare HR
- Knowledge of NABH guidelines (added advantage)
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Strong coordination with management and departments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
