- Manage OAKsphere Connect's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create and publish engaging content related to recruitment, hiring trends, and job openings.
- Design basic graphics and promotional posts using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Increase brand awareness, follower growth, and engagement across all platforms.
- Promote job openings and employer branding campaigns through social media.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly analytics reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement best practices.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely posting of hiring requirements and company updates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
