Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team in generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and assisting with day-to-day sales activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development while providing exposure to the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and social media to generate interest.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and conversion.
- Support sales presentations, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Learn and understand the company's products, services, and sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement.
- Prior internship or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
