Business Operations Management Recruitment & Manpower Planning Training & Development Warehouse Operations Process & Compliance Meetings & Reviews Cross Functional Coordination.
Business Operations Management Oversee end-to-end business operations. Ensure all departments function as per defined SOPs. Monitor daily operational performance and resolve bottlenecks. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Recruitment & Manpower Planning Drive annual manpower planning. Review recruitment progress and hiring targets. Ensure timely closure of critical positions. Monitor recruiter productivity and hiring quality.
Ensure structured onboarding for all new employees. Review training effectiveness and assessment scores. Monitor training completion and certification process. Build leadership pipeline within the organization. Warehouse Operations A. Inbound Operations Monitor receipt of materials from suppliers. Ensure quantity and quality verification during inwarding. Ensure GRN completion within defined timelines. Track pending inward materials and discrepancies. B. Storage Management Ensure proper storage and bin management. Maintain warehouse layout and space utilization. Ensure stock identification and traceability. Drive warehouse cleanliness and 5S implementation. C. Inventory Management Ensure inventory accuracy. Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts. Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory. Reduce inventory variances and stock losses. D. Dispatch Operations Ensure timely order processing and dispatch. Monitor order fulfilment accuracy. Reduce dispatch errors and delivery delays. Coordinate with logistics partners. E. Return Processing (RTO / Returns) Monitor customer returns and rejected materials. Ensure proper inspection and segregation. Track return reasons and corrective actions.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
