Position: Civil Supervisor
Location: Angamaly, Ernakulam (As per Project Requirement)
Department: Civil Construction / Maintenance
Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects within the specified timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Manage and guide skilled and unskilled workers at the site.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all construction activities.
- Inspect materials received at the site and verify their quality.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and work progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
