The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Growth & Partnerships Jr. Associate to help us build our B2B (Business-to-Business) sales channel. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our expansion, forging partnerships with maternity hospitals, retail stores, pediatric clinics, premium preschools, and corporate gifting programs.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and build a pipeline of target institutions, including premium maternity hospitals, retail stores, daycares, preschools, and corporate HR departments.
- Outreach & Pitching: Run end-to-end outreach campaigns. You will cold-call, email, and conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers to effectively pitch Mom's Home products.
- Sales Collateral & Pitch Decks: Assist in creating, refining, and customizing B2B pitch decks, product catalogues, and tailored presentation materials to support your outreach efforts.
- Deal Closure & Onboarding: Negotiate terms, close B2B tie-ups, and ensure new partners are smoothly onboarded and supplied with our products and marketing collateral.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our B2B partners. Nurture these relationships to ensure repeat orders, strong retail visibility, and long-term brand loyalty.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all leads, outreach efforts, and closed deals using our internal tracking sheets and CRM tools.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, institutional sales, or retail partnerships. (Strong, hands-on internships in these areas will also be considered).
- Exceptional Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you feel entirely confident presenting to senior decision-makers and retail owners.
- Presentation Skills: You have an eye for detail and are comfortable putting together clean, persuasive pitch decks and catalogues (familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools is a plus).
- Hustle & Resilience: B2B sales requires persistence. You are not afraid of cold calling, handling rejections, and finding creative ways to get past gatekeepers.
- Target-Oriented: You thrive in a goal-driven environment and are motivated by hitting and exceeding partnership targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic sales tools like Google Sheets, Excel, LinkedIn, and CRM software.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
