Visit standards
- Arrive at the customer's home within the scheduled visit window, in Zypheal uniform, with all
required assessment and treatment equipment.
- Conduct an initial assessment and tailor a session plan appropriate to the booked service and the
patient's condition.
- Maintain accurate, timely session notes and progress tracking in the Zypheal app for every visit.
- Escalate promptly to the on-call virtual doctor for any case outside your defined scope, or where a
patient's condition warrants medical review.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and safe movement between visits.
● Follow Zypheal’s hygiene and communication protocols
● Plan the service devices required for the bookings and reach the venue with proper
preparedness
How the model works
- Customers pre-book a specific service (e.g., a nursing procedure or a physiotherapy session)
through the Zypheal app for a chosen date and time slot.
- Visits are scheduled and batched within your assigned PIN-code zone, so your day's visits are
geographically clustered rather than spread across the city.
- A Zypheal virtual doctor is available on-call to support you during a visit — for clinical questions,
escalations, or to review a case in real time.
- You represent the Zypheal brand in the customer's home: professionalism, punctuality and a calm,
reassuring manner matter as much as clinical competence.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
