Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities, lead generation, client interaction, and conversion. This role involves a mix of remote work and field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities
- Conduct telecalling to generate and qualify leads
- Manage and convert leads into clients
- Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual & in-person)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain sales reports and track performance metrics
Work Mode:
- Hybrid (Remote + Client Visits)
- Frequent travel required within and around Trivandrum
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in telecalling and lead conversion
- Ability to manage client meetings independently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Candidate:
- Based in or around Trivandrum
- Familiar with local market and client network
