Position: Marketing Executive – Fresher
Location: Chennai, Coimbatore
Department: Sales & Marketing
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Qualification: BBA / MBA – Marketing Specialization preferred
Experience: Freshers can apply
Salary: ₹25,000 per month + DA + PF + Gratuity & other benefits
Mandatory Requirement: Two Wheeler + Valid Driving License
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Marketing Executives (Freshers) to join our Sales & Marketing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the willingness to travel and meet customers regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly meet and develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and other key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Promote and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers and maintain strong business relationships.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation such as:
- Design Requests
- Proforma Invoices
- Purchase Orders
- Estimation Orders
- Delivery Challans
- Deviation Forms
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather information about competitors and market trends.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups and orders.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Candidate Profile
- BBA / MBA (Marketing) or any relevant graduate qualification.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Sales & Marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable meeting new people.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must possess a Two Wheeler and Valid Driving License.
- Should be fluent in the local language.
