Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as required
- Coordinate with vendors for services like housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Assist in facility management and ensure workplace safety and cleanliness
- Support travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for employees
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Monitor office expenses and prepare basic MIS reports
- Assist HR and other departments with administrative support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and time management
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in administration or office management
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in vendor management and facility handling
- Knowledge of basic accounting or invoice processing
- Familiarity with office equipment and systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
