Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, develop marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and communication skills with the ability to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Coordinate digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Promote digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, and paid campaign
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
