1. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary project contact for customers after order confirmation.
- Understand customer requirements, expectations, and concerns clearly.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress.
- Provide timely updates on material availability, installation schedules, and completion status.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure customers receive a smooth and hassle-free work experience.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and work completion.
- Collect customer feedback after work completion.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers for future business and referrals.
2. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales Executives, Sales Managers, Measurement Team, Installation Team, Warehouse, Accounts, and Management.
- Conduct regular project status reviews with concerned employees.
- Provide clear instructions to site teams.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and work quality of installation teams.
- Resolve coordination issues between departments.
- Ensure all work is completed according to the approved requirement.
- Conduct a final site inspection.
- Resolve pending defects or customer concerns before handover.
- Obtain customer confirmation/feedback after completion.
- Ensure the site is clean and ready for customer use.
- Coordinate collection/payment follow-up with the concerned team where required.

The Project Manager should never allow a customer to remain without an update regarding an important project issue.
