About Kena Foods
Kena Foods is a Surat-based food distribution company specialising in high-quality Papad & Pasta products. We are growing our presence across Surat and are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across the city.
Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be the face of Kena Foods in the market. You will be responsible for expanding our retailer and distributor network, managing existing customer accounts, and driving consistent sales growth in Surat city.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Mode: Field / In-Person
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across Surat to generate and grow sales.
- Actively promote Kena Foods products and onboard new customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts.
- Communicate product details, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently.
- Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfilment and stock updates.
- Identify new market opportunities and share market feedback with management.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi required; basic English is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with mobile apps for order tracking and daily reporting.
- Sincere, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Candidates from any area of Surat are welcome to apply.
- Must own a bike and be comfortable with daily field travel within Surat city.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred; confident freshers may also apply.
