Required Qualification
- M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or relevant specialization
- Qualification as per AICTE norms
Experience
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of teaching experience in Engineering Colleges
- Candidates with strong academic, research, and administrative experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduate engineering programs
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, and technical activities
- Contribute to curriculum development and accreditation processes
- Mentor junior faculty members and support departmental growth initiatives
- Participate in research, publications, consultancy, and innovation activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of core EEE subjects
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry practices
- Commitment to academic excellence, research, and continuous professional development
