Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best hiring practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, or bulk hiring is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
