Job Title: German Language Trainer cum Admission Counsellor
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong German skills can apply)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate German Language Trainer cum Admission Counsellor who can deliver high-quality German language training while also guiding prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, teaching ability, and a flair for counselling and sales.
Key Responsibilities:German Language Training:
- Conduct German language classes for levels A1 to B2
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assignments
- Train students for certification exams (Goethe, TELC, etc.)
- Evaluate student progress through tests and feedback
- Maintain attendance and performance records
Admission Counselling:
- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and language benefits
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper CRM records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in German language (Minimum B1/B2 level preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong convincing and counselling skills
- Ability to handle both teaching and sales responsibilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field
- Certification in German language (Goethe/Equivalent preferred)
