Full job description:
The Swimming Coach will conduct swimming lessons for students while managing the swimming facility. The role requires a strong focus on student safety, program quality, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured swimming lessons across age groups and skill levels
- Ensure pool safety, hygiene, and supervision at all times
- Oversee daily swimming pool operations and coordinate maintenance
- Support school sports events and competitions as required
Requirements:
- Certified swimming coach with experience teaching children
- Strong knowledge of swimming safety and child safeguarding
- Ability to manage facilities, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
- Prior school experience preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
