Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities
- Manage client documentation, trackers, timelines, and operational workflows
- Serve as a point of contact for operational queries and client coordination
- Support account management activities to ensure smooth ongoing engagement
- Generate utilization reports, engagement dashboards, and client-ready summaries
- Analyze user engagement trends, participation data, and operational metrics
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business review reports for clients
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across operational processes
- Coordinate with internal teams, experts, and external partners/vendors
- Monitor operational efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain operational SOPs, trackers, and documentation
- Resolve client and user operational queries within defined timelines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Experience with dashboards, operational reporting, and client coordination is preferred
Work Mode: In-office, Gurugram
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
