We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Holiday Package Curator & Reservation Manager to join our travel team. This dual-responsibility role requires a passion for crafting bespoke travel experiences and the technical expertise to execute seamless bookings. You will be entirely responsible for designing, pricing, and booking both domestic and international travel itineraries.
Key Responsibilities1. Itinerary Curation & Design
- Tailor-made Packages: Design unique, end-to-end domestic and international holiday itineraries based on client preferences.
- Supplier Research: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local destination management companies (DMCs), hotels, and local guides.
- Costing & Pricing: Calculate accurate package costs, manage profit margins, and generate competitive client quotes.
- Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with global travel trends, visa changes, and new hot spots to offer fresh travel ideas.
2. Reservation & Operations Management
- End-to-End Bookings: Handle complete booking files for flights, hotels, resorts, and local taxi/transportation networks.
- Global Systems: Manage both domestic regional bookings and complex international multi-city transport linkages.
- GDS & Portal Utilization: Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and B2B travel portals for flight and hotel ticketing.
- Documentation: Issue flight tickets, hotel vouchers, travel insurance, and comprehensive daily itineraries to clients.
3. Client Support & Coordination
- Pre-Travel Briefing: Advise clients on mandatory visa rules, currency guidelines, and country-specific travel protocols.
- On-Trip Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve real-time booking changes, flight delays, or emergencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in travel curation and reservation management (handling both domestic and international markets).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and various B2B hotel booking engines.
- Geography Knowledge: Strong understanding of global tourist destinations, seasonal weather patterns, and flight routing options.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional vendor negotiation and client management.
- Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and quickly resolve logistics issues across different time zones.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹46,013.61 per month
