We are looking for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems, building scalable products, and taking ownership. This is not just another development role. You'll be part of a fast-moving healthcare SaaS startup where your ideas and technical decisions directly shape the product.

What We're Looking For
We value engineers who:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java & Spring Boot.
- Have strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Have worked on SaaS products, FinTech, HealthTech, or other scalable product-based platforms.
- Take complete ownership of features from design to deployment.
- Have a track record of delivering meaningful projects or solving complex technical challenges.
- Learn new technologies quickly and enjoy continuous improvement.
- Think beyond writing code and focus on building reliable products.
- Are comfortable working in a startup where speed, ownership, and accountability matter.
- Have a growth mindset and enjoy creating better solutions rather than following the usual approach.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with the team.
