*Job Title:* Agriculture Research Scientist
*About the Role:*
We are looking for a dedicated *Agriculture Research Scientist* to conduct research, field trials and data analysis to improve crop yield, soil health and sustainable farming practices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design and conduct research projects on crops, soil, fertilizers and new agriculture techniques
- Perform field trials, collect data and analyze results for better productivity
- Develop and test new seed varieties, pest control methods and organic farming solutions
- Write research papers, reports and project proposals
- Collaborate with farmers, NGOs and government bodies for pilot projects
- Stay updated on latest agri-tech, climate-smart agriculture and government schemes
- Train junior staff and field teams on research findings
*Requirements:*
- *Education:* Ph.D in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Pathology or related field
- *Experience:* 2-5 years in agriculture research in ICAR, or Government Institute
- *Skills:* Data analysis, field experiment design, lab work, report writing
- *Knowledge:* Crop science, soil testing, sustainable agriculture, government schemes
*Location:* Sidhauli, Sitapur Uttar Pradesh
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
