Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and services required for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials required for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site engineers to understand procurement requirements.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or shortages.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and purchase summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/Purchase Management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of interior materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, lighting, furniture, flooring, glass, marble, paints, and electrical items.
- Strong analytical and cost-management skills.
- Ability to read BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Experience in handling multiple vendors and project timelines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
