We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tally Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Tally ERP software solutions, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and Tally software functionalities, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities for Tally ERP software sales through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Tally software to potential clients, effectively showcasing its features and benefits tailored to their specific business needs.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate Tally solutions, including TallyPrime, Tally.ERP 9, and related add-ons or services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to the sales manager.
- Stay updated with the latest Tally product updates, features, and industry trends to effectively position our solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless implementation and customer onboarding.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
