Role: Business Development Executive
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry Preference: Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, Luxury Retail, or Building Materials
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the design team.
- Present the company's interior design services and convert prospects into clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until project closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand business opportunities.
- Identify new market segments and strategic partnerships.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand design concepts and client requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
