Job Title: Senior Admission Counselor (Sales)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Lucrative Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Handle hot and warm leads (no cold calling)
- Counsel students on online degree programs and career paths
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools (LSQ / Salesforce / Zoho)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Education Sales / Admission Counseling / EdTech Sales
- Strong track record in lead conversion and target achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
