- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees to maintain high performance.
- Sales and Targets: Set and track daily or monthly sales goals to maximize store revenue.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order new clothing items, and prevent losses from theft or damage.
- Visual Merchandising: Arrange attractive window displays and keep the sales floor neat and welcoming.
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers, train staff on product knowledge, and resolve any complaints quickly.
