Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, FAQs, release notes, and product documentation.
- Work with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to document features and product workflows.
- Prepare knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
- Review and improve existing documentation for clarity and accuracy.
- Create simple diagrams, screenshots, and process flows.
- Maintain documentation standards, templates, and version history.
- Ensure documentation is updated with every product release.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Technical Writing, Documentation, Content Writing, or a similar role (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent written English and proofreading skills.
- Basic understanding of software applications and technology.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Confluence, or similar documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Experience creating documentation, blogs, SOPs, or user guides is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
