Job Title: Nursery and Play Group Teacher
Job Description:
We're seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery and Play Group Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the overall development of young children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in Nursery and Play Group
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Basic Degree (any discipline) completed
- Additional certifications such as Montessori, Early Childhood Education, or B.Ed. are preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Ability to connect with young children and create a warm, welcoming environment
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced (2+ years in preschool field): ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 3:45 PM
- Alternative Saturdays off (every other Saturday is a holiday)
