Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Immigration Counselor to join our team in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling clients regarding immigration, study visas, work permits, visitor visas, and permanent residency programs. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients through the immigration process professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on various immigration programs, including PR, work permits, study visas, visitor visas, and dependent visas.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
- Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth application handling.
- Maintain records of client interactions and update CRM/database regularly.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
- Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and program changes.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of immigration processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in immigration consulting, visa counseling, overseas education counseling, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
