Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing and plant operations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultancies, and local networks.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management teams.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements for workers, supervisors, engineers, and support staff.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Manage onboarding and induction activities for newly hired employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory documentation.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain recruitment databases, reports, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company regulations, and workplace policies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing industry recruitment.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Human Resources), PGDM (HR), or an equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling bulk hiring and plant-level recruitment.
- Familiarity with HRMS software and payroll systems.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
