Key Responsibilities:
1. Classroom Management
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Maintain discipline through positive guidance.
- Organize learning corners and classroom displays.
2. Teaching & Learning
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate daily lessons.
- Use play-based and experiential learning methods.
- Teach language, numeracy, art, music, storytelling, and life skills.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking.
3. Child Development
- Observe and assess each child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Identify learning difficulties and report them to the Centre Head.
- Maintain individual progress records and portfolios.
4. Student Care
- Ensure children's safety and hygiene at all times.
- Assist children with meals, washroom routines, and classroom transitions.
- Comfort and support children emotionally.
5. Parent Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents.
- Share daily updates, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
6. Planning & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly lesson plans.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Prepare assessment reports and documentation.
- Participate in curriculum planning.
7. School Activities
- Participate in celebrations, annual functions, field trips, and special events.
- Help prepare children for performances.
- Decorate classrooms according to monthly themes.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline .
- NTT / D.El.Ed. / Montessori / ECCE certification preferred.
- 1–3 years of preschool teaching experience (Freshers with relevant training may also apply)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
