Role Description The Growth Partnerships Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Goregaon, focused on identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth across Resonance Digital’s diverse verticals. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential partners, conducting outreach, and building long-term relationships with brands, agencies, technology platforms, real estate partners, and government stakeholders.
The role involves structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, coordinating with internal teams to design and deliver joint solutions, and tracking performance of collaborations against growth targets. The executive will prepare proposals and pitch decks, maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in CRM tools, and regularly report on market trends, partner feedback, and new business prospects to leadership. Collaboration with execution teams is central to ensuring that partnerships are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and vision.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and partnership management skills, including lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship nurturing.
- Experience in sales or account management, with the ability to create proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals.
- Knowledge of or exposure to creative technology, real estate, mar-tech, prop-tech, AI, or content production sectors, and comfort working across diverse industry verticals.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, opportunity assessment, and performance tracking of partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- High degree of self-motivation, ownership, and on-site collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
