Hiring: Project Manager (Agile)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6–8+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead software development and automation initiatives from planning through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Drive project planning, estimation, execution, and delivery
- Manage stakeholders, project risks, budgets, and timelines
- Remove team impediments and improve delivery efficiency
- Support backlog prioritization and ensure sprint quality
- Lead projects involving AI, Automation, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives
- Mentor teams and promote continuous improvement
Must-Have Skills:
- Agile Project Management (Scrum/Kanban)
- Jira & Confluence
- Stakeholder Management
- SDLC & Project Delivery
- Resource Planning & Team Leadership
- Risk & Change Management
- Experience delivering Automation, AI, RPA, or CI/CD projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good-to-Have:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM Certification
- Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar RPA tools
- Product Owner experience
- Supply Chain, OMS, WMS, Retail, or E-commerce domain exposure
