Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through telephonic communication.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Lead Management
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
- Track and manage sales leads from inquiry to closure.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Update lead status and customer feedback regularly.
- Share market intelligence and customer requirements with management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
