Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging with prospective customers, educating them about Tata Power Solar rooftop solutions, scheduling site visits, and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.
This is a performance-driven sales role that requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for achieving monthly sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calling campaigns.
- Handle inbound enquiries received via website, digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, references, and other lead sources.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable rooftop solar solutions.
- Generate and qualify residential, commercial, and industrial solar leads.
- Explain the benefits, features, and long-term savings of Tata Power Solar rooftop systems.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the Sales/Technical Team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and maximize lead conversion.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Professionally address customer queries related to:
- Rooftop Solar Systems
- Government Subsidy Programs
- Net Metering
- Installation Process
- System Capacity Selection
- Financing Options (where applicable)
- Warranty & After-Sales Support
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Update call logs, follow-up schedules, quotations, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Design, Operations, and Installation teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Lead-to-Sale Conversion Ratio

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline from a recognized university – Mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English is Mandatory.
- Excellent spoken Hindi is Mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to explain technical products and services in a simple and convincing manner.
- Outstanding customer handling and objection-resolution skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, CRM Software, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
