As a part of the expansion strategy, we at eDominer are looking for some prospective candidates who can help us in expanding our business. Currently, we are having multiple openings for ERP Sales Executive and Business Development Managers, for our Kolkata office locations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Generate and Manage leads, Pipeline creation, Sales and Demonstration of Product.
2. Overall end-to-end sales.
3. Lead Generation via Trade Associations, Exhibitions, Customer Reference, Websites, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.- Identify Prospects, right contacts, profiling based on criteria, decision-makers for products of your team.
4. Build and manage the companys social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
5. Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
6. Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
7. Conference Calls, Demo to Prospects, Send Minutes
8. Do Value Selling
9. Conduct product demos with decision-makers over the phone mostly or local visits (if needed).
10. Follow up & Close
11. Run email campaigns
12. Database management, Log Calls and Data in CRM, Excel sheets etc.
13. Follow Telecom news and stay updated on Innovations, Technologies, Maintain a yearly calendar of exhibitions.
14. Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs and report daily, weekly and monthly as required by seniors or HOD
15. Mentor other people and build a robust team
Qualification: MBA (sales and Marketing)
Experience: 0-2 yrs
Freshers are also eligible

Pay: ₹12,544.70 - ₹58,544.45 per month
