Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Student Visa Counselor to join our growing team at Travyomi. The ideal candidate must have proven experience handling Australia (AU) and New Zealand (NZ) student visa processes from counseling to visa filing.
Important:
Only candidates with verifiable hands-on experience in New Zealand and Australia student visas will be shortlisted for this profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Australia and New Zealand
- Guide students in course selection, university/college applications, and admission procedures
- Handle complete student visa filing and documentation process
- Assist students with SOP guidance, financial documentation, and visa application submission
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents regarding application updates
- Ensure accuracy in documentation to minimize visa refusals
- Stay updated with current embassy rules, immigration policies, and admission requirements
- Maintain proper pipeline management and CRM records
- Achieve monthly counseling and visa conversion targets
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of proven experience in Australia & New Zealand student visa counseling
- Strong knowledge of admission procedures, visa documentation, and filing processes
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Ability to manage students professionally throughout the process
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
