Core Responsibilities
- Policy Management: Oversee the drafting, renewal, and maintenance of insurance policies for clients or the organization's assets.
- Claims Processing: Coordinate end-to-end claim settlements, liaise with adjusters, and ensure rapid payouts.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze potential risk exposures to suggest optimal coverage solutions and mitigate financial losses.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise insurance agents, coordinators, and processing staff.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all operations align with the guidelines set by bodies like the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
- Client Relationship Management: Manage corporate portfolios, negotiate terms, and handle escalated customer inquiries.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
