PIE Builders & Developers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality architectural exterior and interior visualizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, lighting, materials, and realistic rendering to produce visually appealing presentations for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic 3D exterior and interior visualizations.
- Develop 3D models from architectural drawings and CAD files.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping.
- Produce high-quality still renders and walkthrough animations.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers.
- Revise designs based on client and team feedback.
- Maintain project quality while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or Architectural Visualizer.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max.
- Strong knowledge of V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Experience with AutoCAD for importing drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction details.
- Good eye for composition, lighting, and realistic rendering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
