Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused)
- Convert hot & warm leads into paid admissions
- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
- Perform strong follow-ups to close deals quickly
- Understand student needs and pitch the right course
- Explain fees, offers, and close admissions confidently
- Achieve weekly & monthly admission targets
- Maintain lead pipeline and update CRM daily
- Upsell / cross-sell relevant courses
- Participate in seminars, webinars & lead generation activities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales mindset (education sales preferred)
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections & close deals
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Confident, energetic, and result-oriented
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any stream
- 1–5 years in sales / counselling / telecalling
- Freshers with strong sales attitude can apply
Salary + Incentives (High Earning Potential)
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
