The role supports kitchen operations by cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas, assisting with basic food preparation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the food truck kitchen clean and organized at all times.
- Dispose of waste and maintain garbage bins hygienically.
- Refill cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required.
- Clean food preparation surfaces before and after service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support inventory storage.
- Assist with opening and closing cleaning procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
