- Technical Drafting: Develop detailed 2D and 3D models, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD and associated software.
- Collaboration: Partner with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand scope, incorporate feedback, and refine designs.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all drawings meet local building codes, manufacturing tolerances, and safety regulations.
- Documentation: Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), material lists, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Revision Management: Update existing drawings based on site measurements, redlines, and design changes.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed reviews of designs to identify discrepancies or structural issues early.
