Plant Incharge
Location: Vapi Karwad
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Plant Incharge to manage daily plant operations, dispatch activities, production coordination, and overall factory management.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily production activities and workforce coordination
- Manage dispatch planning and material movement
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion
- Maintain stock and inventory records
- Coordinate with sales and purchase departments
- Ensure proper loading/unloading and dispatch documentation
- Supervise labour and machine operations
- Maintain discipline and smooth plant functioning
- Ensure safety and housekeeping within the plant
- Prepare daily production and dispatch reports
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in plant/factory operations
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing, reports, etc.)
- Good communication and management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitasking
- Experience in roofing sheet / manufacturing industry will be preferred
Salary
- ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month
- Salary will depend on interview performance and experience
