- Procure raw materials such as MS, SS, aluminum sheets, pipes, angles, channels, fittings, fasteners, welding consumables, and fabrication-related items.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and project teams to understand material requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Ensure quality, quantity, and specifications of purchased materials meet company requirements.
- Track inventory levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, and payments.
- Prepare periodic purchase reports and MIS reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
